Pillow comes out lovely. Even though it's made with sequins - it's not very shiny. They have amazing customer service and they crop the photos for you so that the end product looks symmetrical. If you pay for the express shipping, it arrives fairly quickly.
It came back perfectly and promptly. I would suggest using high quality images.
