After the purchase Lisa contacted me via mail to make sure that the ordered item with the selected personalization was the one I desired and she attached an example picture in the same mail. She always maintained a transparent communication and replied to my requests in an extraordinary time. The Pillow including the insert were carefully packaged, and I appreciated the presentation. The print on the pillow looks wonderful and the pillow itself is just like how it's described.

My only hang up is because it shipping from China it took longer than I expected to get here. however given the pandemic and everything I can't fault the seller. It looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.

The pillow looks great, and works great. Exactly what I was hoping for. I need to add that I had a really great experience with Giforue all around. They were very responsive, did some amazing photoshop-fu with the picture I sent to make it even better. I would (and likely will) definitely buy from them again. Can't recommend enough.
